Aim of the Journal
The aim of the journal is to present research that reflects contemporary transformations in economic and legal systems, explores mechanisms for regulating economic activity, and addresses challenges related to digitalization, financial stability, public policy, the labor market, as well as social and environmental security.
Aims and Scope
The journal publishes research focused on addressing current theoretical and practical issues in economic law and legislation, strengthening the integration between national legal systems and European Union law, and supporting the development of the international legal order.
The editorial policy of Economics and Law is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of manuscripts, high standards of research quality, mandatory peer review, collegial decision-making regarding publication, efficient and transparent communication with authors, and strict compliance with copyright and related rights.
