Abstract

The purpose of the publication is to introduce into scientific circulation and analyze the memories of a resident of the Bobrovytsia microdistrict (c. To achieve the goal, the interview method was used, which was based on the researcher obtaining the necessary information by interviewing the respondent using a specially developed thematic questionnaire, which includes more than 100 questions.

The scientific novelty consists in the introduction into the scientific circulation of new oral historical sources of information about the survival strategies of the civilian population of Chernihiv, which found itself in the conditions of hostilities and the siege of the city.
