Abstract

In article the perspective of inconsistency of the requirement of adaptability of structure of business management from an external environment and the requirement of stationarity of structure from the internal environment is considered. The entity of the hierarchical and contractual relations in structure of control is revealed. The directions of enhancement of the hierarchical and contractual relations in structure of control caused by introduction of criterion of an economic security to an enterprise management system are defined and justified.
