Abstract

Many historical myths had accumulated around the Russian revolution of 1917 in the soviet historiography. In this article built as theses, author focuses his attention on the main theoretical questions of this revolution that associated with Ukrainian War of Independence of 1917–1923. New point of view to the revolution process in the Russian Empire (big part of Ukrainian lands was the part of it) presented as main and actual.
