Grounds for Rejection
«ONCOLOGY» journal accepts for consideration papers containing the results of original scientific and clinical research, analytical reviews, and lectures on pressing issues in fundamental and clinical oncology. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of information and the originality of the submitted materials. Manuscripts that do not comply with the editorial guidelines will not be registered and will be returned to the authors for revision.
During the review process, the Editorial Board reserves the right to refuse publication. In the event of a rejection, the author will be notified. A refusal to publish may not be accompanied by an explanation of the reasons and does not necessarily imply a negative conclusion regarding the scientific or practical value of the work.
The most common reasons for manuscript rejection are:
- Incompatibility of the manuscript's content with the scope and profile of the journal.
- The article has been previously published or is currently under review by other publishers.
- Detection of any signs of plagiarism during the screening process.
- Ethical violations related to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Inconsistency between the sources cited in the reference list and the corresponding fragments in the text.
- Sources listed in the bibliography lack relevance (e.g., missing DOIs or valid website links).
