ЗЛОЯКІСНА ФІБРОЗНА ГІСТІОЦИТОМА СЕРЦЯ

Проаналізовано дані фахової літератури щодо частоти виникнення, клі-нічного перебігу, результатів лікування хворих із первинною злоякісною фі-брозною гістіоцитомою (ЗФГ) серця. Описано випадок ЗФГ серця у 62-річної жінки, яка отримувала лікування у відділенні хіміотерапії No 1 Київського міського клінічного онкологічного центру. Акцентовано увагу на складнос-ті діагностування ЗФГ, надзвичайно низькій її чутливості до хіміопрепа-ратів, схильності до рецидивування, несприятливому прогнозі.
