ОЦІНКА ОБ’ЄКТІВ ПРАВА ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЇ ВЛАСНОСТІ В МЕДИКО-БІОЛОГІЧНІЙ ГАЛУЗІ ЯК ЕТАП ЇХ КОМЕРЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ

Розглянуто основні підходи до оцінювання об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності в онкології залежно від їх видів та ступеня правової захищеності. Визначено вартість майнових прав на об’єкти права інтелектуальної власності конкретних науково-технічних розробок Інституту експериментальної патології, онкології і радіобіології ім. Р.Є. Кавецького НАН України як прикладів медичних інновацій. Для оцінювання обрано витратний підхід з урахуванням коефіцієнтів морального зносу, витрат на правову охорону, маркетингових досліджень, проведення науково-дослідних робіт тощо. Встановлення обґрунтованої оцінки об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності в медико-біологічній галузі, зокрема, в онкології забезпечує об’єктивне підґрунтя для прийняття управлінських рішень стосовно стратегії комерціалізації об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності, отже, є її найважливішою складовою.
