Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

Legal definitions of food products quality and safety in Ukraine and foreign countries are analyzed. The qualifying features of above categories are identified. Based on generalization of theoretical researches and analysis of legal definitions contained in the regu­lations of foreign laws, the proposals have been worked out to clarify the legal definitions of food products quality and safety.
