Розглянуто проблеми розвитку відновлювальних джерел енергії, досліджено практику європейських країн щодо надання державної допомоги для розвитку відновлювальних джерел енергії. Проаналізовано останні тенденції дослідженої сфери. З метою вдосконалення нормативного забезпечення у сфері горизонтальної державної допомоги, запропоновано зміни до законодавства.
