Abstract

The essence of European Union's nation intellectual capital are analyzed. The Andriessen-Stam methodology of EU intellectual capital components' valuation has been considered. Its use in Ukraine was suggested. Problems which the researcher will face when using the given methodology both in the EU and Ukraine are shown.
