Застосовані сучасні теоретико-методичні підходи до порядку обрахунку втрат соціально-економічного потенціалу України внаслідок окупації Донбасу та анексії Криму. Вони охоплюють три категорії — людські ресурси, соціально-економічну інфраструктуру та навколишнє середовище.
