Abstract

This article researches problems of legal regulation and use of bills in settlement operations on international economic contracts. The results of the research give ways for the solution for the legal collision in the field of the legal regulation concerning the realization of the settlement .operations in the sphere of foreign trade activities with the use of bills as payment tools.
