ХРОНИЧЕСКИЙ ЛИМФОЛЕЙКОЗ И ИОНИЗИРУЮЩАЯ РАДИАЦИЯ

В отличие от других форм лейкоза, хронический лимфолейкоз (ХЛЛ) до последнего времени не относили к числу радиогенных. Однако подобная концепция может быть пересмотрена в свете данных последних исследований. В обзоре проанализированы данные эпидемиологических исследований
работников атомной промышленности, а также больных, подвергавшихся
воздействию ионизирующего излучения, которые свидетельствуют о возможной радиогенной природе возникновения ХЛЛ. При этом учитываются как изменения, внесенные в классификацию, так и новые представления о патогенезе этого заболевания. Рассмотрены также результаты исследований ХЛЛ среди больных из числа ликвидаторов последствий аварии
на Чернобыльской атомной электростанции.
