СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ НАДАННЯ ОНКОЛОГІЧНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ

Метою роботи є аналіз наукових публікацій щодо деяких сучасних підходів до організації надання онкологічної допомоги населенню в різних країнах і стану реалізації таких підходів в Україні. Динаміка показників захворюваності та смертності населення України протягом останніх 10 років,
характеристика діяльності онкологічної служби свідчать про необхідність
удосконалення всіх ланок протиракової боротьби. Для переходу до світових стандартів при обмеженості фінансового забезпечення і низькому рівні матеріально-технічних ресурсів необхідне реформування системи охорони здоров’я. При цьому вкрай важливою є реалізація всіх сучасних підходів до оптимальної організації останньої.
