ІНВАЗІЙНИЙ ФРОНТ КАРЦИНОМ: МОРФОЛОГІЧНІ ТА МОЛЕКУЛЯРНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ, АСОЦІАЦІЯ З ПРОГРЕСУВАННЯМ ПУХЛИННОГО РОСТУ

Метою огляду є аналіз сучасних наукових відомостей щодо структурних
і функціональних особливостей інвазійного фронту пухлин як зони активного формування інвазійного та метастатичного фенотипу пухлинних клітин (ПК) на кордоні з прилеглою сполучною тканиною. Показана складність
і взаємнозумовленість молекулярно-генетичних, біохімічних і цитоморфологічних змін ПК, асоційованих з активацією їхньої інвазії — кардинального
етапу прогресування пухлинного процесу. Важливою морфологічною характеристикою інвазійного фронту пухлин є наявність кластерів ПК з фенотипом пухлинного брунькування, який розглядають як маркер між- та інтрапухлинної гетерогенності та морфологічний критерій для оцінки агресивності пухлин епітеліального генезу.
