Анотація

Освещены современные представления о роли компонентов соединительной ткани в формировании резистентности злокачественных опухолей
к химиопрепаратам. Рассмотрены механизмы участия в резистентности опухолеассоциированных фибробластов, звездчатых клеток, адипоцитов, мезенхимальных стволовых клеток, а также некоторых компонентов экстрацеллюлярного матрикса. Представлена информация о роли
микроокружения, гипоксии, экстрацеллюлярных везикул (как опухолевых,
так и стромальных клеток) в формировании резистентности. По мере обсуждения делается акцент на перспективах некоторых подходов к преодолению резистентности с участием компонентов соединительной ткани.
