PD-L1/2: ПРОГНОСТИЧНЕ ЗНАЧЕННЯ В ОНКОЛОГІЇ

Мета огляду: аналіз сучасних відомостей щодо прогностичного значення
експресії білків PD-L1/2 (program death ligand) на клітинах злоякісних новоутворень (ЗН) різного гістогенезу та локалізації. Більшість досліджень
свідчить про несприятливу прогностичну роль експресії PD-L1/2 у клітинах ЗН епітеліального походження, меланомах, саркомах та при онкогематологічних захворюваннях (хоча останні вивчені в цьому плані меншою
мірою). Це ілюструється гіршими показниками виживаності пацієнтів,
особливостями гістоструктури пухлини, розповсюдженими стадіями, що
виявляються при гіперекспресії цих молекул. Продовження досліджень цього маркера може сприяти подальшому прогресу у розумінні патогенезу ЗН
та прискорити розробку інноваційних терапевтичних опцій.
