ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ФІТОЕСТРОГЕНІВ У ПРОФІЛАКТИЦІ ЗЛОЯКІСНИХ НОВОУТВОРЕНЬ ТА ПРОТИПУХЛИННІЙ ТЕРАПІЇ

Анотація

Cтаття присвячена аналізу даних наукової літератури та висвітленню власних результатів щодо можливості і перспектив використання біологічно активних компонентів соєвих продуктів з метою профілактики злоякісних пухлин, у схемах комбінованого лікування пацієнтів онкологічного профілю, а також у якості препаратів супроводу. Судячи з даних, що накопичені в процесі інтенсивних досліджень, фітоестрогени та інші складові соєвих продуктів регулюють цілий ряд механізмів, що беруть участь у процесах проліферації клітин, регуляції клітинного циклу, апоптозі, ангіо­генезі та метастазуванні пухлинних клітин. Епідеміологічні та експериментальні дані показують, що наявність соєвих продуктів у раціоні може бути ефективним чинником профілактики раку або гальмування пухлинного процесу. Наведені дані обґрунтовують можливість і перспективність застосування біологічно активних речовин соєвих продуктів у харчуванні практично здорових людей, а також у якості компонентів протипухлинної терапії і препаратів супроводу.
