Abstract

Advantages and disadvantage of formation and development of industrial outsourcing have been proved. The problems of lacks in proper legal regulation of relations in labor and industrial spheres are systematized under agency labour. The international experience in introduction of atypical employment forms is generalized. The introduction of outsourcing at the enterprises of the Ukrainian coal industry is described as well as the need to improve legal relations in this sphere.
