The paper covers the problems concerning acknowledgement of results of public auctions on realization of the arrested property to be invalid. Based on the current legislation and practice of its application and on the analysis of general consequences of acknowledgement of transactions to be invalid, the legal consequences of making above decisions have been specified taking into account the grounds for acknowledgement of results of public auctions on realization of the arrested property to be invalid.
