The condition of modern legal regulation of the relations on the cross-border movement of the capital and prospect of such relations liberalization for Ukraine in conditions of its integration into world economic system is investigated. Positions of scientists, practicians and the international organizations concerning the matter are analysed. He prejudgement of their conclusions of the fact that the movement of the capitals liberalization can lead to negative consequences is proved. The suggestion for improvement and systematization of normative legal acts, directed on regulation of the relations on the cross-border movement of the capital аre stated.
