ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ГРУП КОМПАНІЙ В ЄС ТА ВЕЛИКІЙ БРИТАНІЇ

Досліджено корпоративне законодавство ЄС та країн — членів ЄС, що регулює діяльність груп компаній. Проаналізовано як корпоративне право трактує пра восуб’єктність юридичних осіб та їх дочірніх компаній, загальний інтерес групи, де-юре та де-факто контроль у групах компаній. Групу компаній розглянуто як сукупність материнської компанії та її дочірніх компаній, філій і представництв, пов’язаних відносинами контролю. Визначено основні підходи до правового регулювання діяльності груп компаній у краї нах — членах ЄС та Великій Британії. Дослідження питання правового регулювання груп компаній у ключових юрисдикціях ЄС та Великої Британії має важливе значення для розвитку корпоративного права України.
