Problems of Development of the Territories with Special Economic Regime

Abstract

The article defines updating of the legislation on special regime of economic management, main task's arid directions for updating the legislation are determined. Problems concerning harmonization of the legislation on special regime of economic management with EU legislation are considered, and the ways to solve them are offered.
