Abstract

The relationship between legal equality of civil legal relations parties and strengthening of legal protection of the «weakest» party’s interests in such relations is shown, main directions in strengthening of the legal protection of the «weakest» party’s interests in the civil legal relations are defined, and the basic principles are formulated to solve the problems which arise in the process of strengthening of the legal protection of this party’s interests.
