Abstract

The article considers the body of normative and legislation acts which are the part of economic legislation and which constitute the complex branch — oil and gas legislation of Ukraine. The necessity of updating the economic legislation is grounded, namely of the part that regulates the relations in the oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine.
