Abstract

The mechanisms of interaction between elements of social, ecological and technological structures of the region are investigated. The analysis of regional policy goals hierarchy in the frame of hermenevcy has been made. The algorithm of regional policy in the frame of hermenevtic circle are considered. The scheme of adequate communication between economic agents in the process of goals harmonization is proposed.
