Abstract

The article considers components of the mechanism for formation of social transfers at the level of households. On the basis of the analysis of relative providing regions of Ukraine with social transfers it is proved a low efficiency and irrationality of redistribution of means directed for maintenance of the minimum consumer budget. Step-by-step regression modelling has provided definition of the most influential factors of dynamics of social transfers.
