ADAPTATION OF THE UKRAINIAN COAL LEGISLATION TO EU STANDARDS

Harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law

Abstract

The article considers main provisions of the State-wide programme of the Ukrainian legislation adaptation to EU legislation as for adaptation of the Ukrainian coal legislation adaptation to the corresponding EU legislation. A set of normative — legal acts is chosen to be adapted according to European requirements, the attention being paid to some problems concerning this work in Ukraine. Perspective research directions are formulated to speed up the process of the Ukrainian coal legislation adaptation to EU standards.
