Economic and Legal Problems of Territorial Systems Development

Abstract

Based on social and economic: indices of last years from German statistical sources of the information, the article presents analysis of results and economic consequences of application of policy of the "financial alignment", actively realized in Germany in regard to its old and new (former territories of DDR) lands now. Conclusions and practical recommendations are formulated.
