The article analyzes some of the novel regulatory State Property Privatization bases. The prospects of the introduction of new information and communication technologies sales of state property on the principles of transparency and openness. It is proposed for the effective coordination of the procedures for electronic trading to create a single web portal on-line sales of state property. The expediency of exclusion rules to attract advisers in the process of preparing for the privatization and sale of objects of the group G.
