Abstract

The article presents an investigation and scientific analysis of features of the legal adjusting of working hours of women in OIA. Taking into account that women in OIA have both general and special working legal status, in legal adjusting of their working hours principle of unity and differentiation of adjusting of labour legal relationships is used to a fall degree. As a result of research it is suggested to fasten at legislative level the list of positions in the organs of internal affairs, passing of service on which foresees office hours with the unrationed working sometimes, and also to foresee payment of labour of the workers OIA for overworks in a double size.
