Abstract

The problem of the efficiency increase of the state (regional, city) housing and communal services management is considered. The three-component system of indexes which characterizes efficiency of management of the housing and communal services at regional level and estimates the consequences of realization of the government (regional, local) programs of housing and communal services market development is offered.
