Abstract

The article presents instruments which include a complex of ways, methods and techniques for scientific cognition of balance on the regional labor-market. Theoretical basis of the approach is dialectics of subjective and objective in understanding of balance on the regional labor-market. The use of instruments will allow to expose action of the market mechanism for autoregulation of balance of this segment.
