Abstract

The article considers a theoretical aspect of selling' a product on the labor-market, such as labor and labor force as two parts of the same process. The necessity is grounded to compare different forms and types of labor in order to define the equivalent of social labor as the factor stimulating labor activity and social justice. The ways are described to increase labor efficiency on the basis of its intensity increase, as well as the influence of this factor on reproduction of labor force.
