Problems of Legal Regulation of Economic Activities

Abstract

Economic (mainly organizational and economic) relationships are characterized in the aspect of their separation from administrative relations according to the criteria established by Economic Code of Ukraine. Separate groups of relations which are the subject of joint regulation within economic and administrative law are also examined.
