Abstract

Analysis of the present system for managing trade — stock-exchange activity, forms and means of management is given. The system of the state management subjects is investigated as well as the relationship between regulation and self-management in the commodity exchange market. The proposals have been made to update the legislation on state management, membership and competence of the exchange.
