Abstract

The article analyses the terms of agreements on the creating and placing of web-sites in the Internet (the agreements of hosting and collocation). The» author formulates the proposals concerning the improvement of terms in. the agreement on the creation of web-site, in particular the technical requirements to the-specially: developed hypertext documents and organization of the material on the site and the responsibility of the participants for the improper fulfillment of the terms of the agreement.
