Problems of Legal Regulation of Economic Activities

Abstract

The necessity of activation of a bill market in Ukraine is well-grounded. The current legislation that regulates circulation of bills on the Ukrainian territory is considered as well as the problems connected with use of bills as securities. The proposals are made to create equal conditions for bills circulating in the private and state economic sectors, to provide full information about a giver of a bill to define the possibilities for using the bill in forming a statutory funds of enterprises.
