Abstract

The author describes the reasons for arising of the problems in the process of division of power between the economic and administrative courts when examining appeals against actions (inaction) of the state executive bodies in the process of execution of decisions (definitions, resolutions) of economic courts. The necessity of making consideration of the disputes on appeals against actions (inaction) of the state executive bodies the competence of the economic courts is grounded. The proposals on improvement of legal regulation of the above problems are formulated.
