Abstract

The paper investigates the nature of the institutional and economic factors’ influence on the formation of enterprises’ innovation potential, and substantiates the criteria for resource components’ harmony. The unique algorithm was elaborated to make diagnostics of the latter and to bring their combination into the harmony.
