Abstract

The paper investigates the problems concerning shadowing of the coal industry of Ukraine, reveals shadow schemes which generated the notion «shadow potential» of the coal industry. The necessity of taking them into consideration in the programs on restructuring and legislation of «shadow» for Ukraine’s coal industry is substantiated.
