Abstract

The article deals with a comprehensive research and scientific analysis of the influence of the international standards of gender equality in the labour legal relations on the domestic labour law as a way of accelerating the eurointegration of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of normative acts of United Nations Organization, International Organization of Labor, European Union, the conclusion is made that the international standards of providing of gender equality in the labour legal relations have an influence on the labour law of our country through ratification of the corresponding conventions of international and regional organizations by the Verkhova Rada of Ukraine. So, the domestic legislation that provides the gender equality in the labour legal relations aims to be the analogue of the international labour law, and thus, of the European Union’s legislation if to take into account Ukraine’s eurointegration policy.
