Abstract

The analysis of consequences resulted from the operation of the technogenous system in Donetsk region was made. The technogenous risks have been identified; they include the wear of fixed assets, environmental pollution, accumulation of production and domestic waste, industrial injuries and occupational mortality, professional diseases. The influence of the technogenous risks on the expected lifetime of the population in the region was estimated.
