Abstract

Today’s problems and ways of improving energy supply in Zaporizhie region under the economic crisis are considered. The practical aspects and drawbacks in consumption of the energy resources imported are analyzed. The necessity of searching alternative energy resources for supplying the enterprises with energy in the industrial region has been proved, as well as of reducing costs due to a partial substitution of the gas purchased by domestic energy resources.
