The article considers modern problems of development of information infrastructure of the food market. The expediency of activization of inter-regional cooperation in the field of agriculture, due to the significant anti-crisis potential to op timize the structure of interregional trade. Determined that a key element of the productive inter-regional cooperation is the formation of a powerful information infrastructure. The main directions of development of information infrastructure of the food market in the field of interregional cooperation. Main tasks of the development of the information infrastructure of the food market, given the current problems, barriers and prospects.
