Abstract

Proposed system of Economic Law, which includes three parts. The first part brings together legal norms and institutions that are common to all types of economic activity, for all spheres and sectors of the economy. The rules and institutions of the second part govern of the functional types of economic activities. The rules and institutions of the third part reflects the peculiarities of legal regulation of economic relations in certain sectors of the economy.
