Abstract

The necessity and urgency of using non- numerical data statistics methods for analysis of rational activity of a higher school are grounded. Features of rational means for achieving goals in the activity of the higher school were defined, and their character and values as well. The means for achieving goals in the activity of foreign higher educational systems were analyzed according to the features defined. The instruments developed are offered to be applied in the complex estimation of rational activity of the higher school.
