Abstract

The article examines legal regulation of privatization processes in the coal industry of Ukraine as well as perspective legislation in its interconnection with analysis of internal and external economic factors which hinder extension of privatization processes in the industry. It is offered to elaborate the Conception of modernization of coal legislation and its adaptation to present conditions of economic management. Regulation of specific features of privatization in the coal industry should make up a separate part of the Conception.
