Abstract

Problems of management and regulation of the oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine are considered. Taking into account the international experience in functioning of the oil-and-gas complex under market conditions, possible ways of developing the oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine are defined, and the recommendations and measures are given to enhance the level of its functioning in the perspective period.
