Abstract

The paper studies the process of public-private partnership in the housing and communal facilities. The system of socio-economic relations between consumers, suppliers of public utilities and power within public-private partnership is considered. The pattern of public-private partnership was developed, basic variables which have influence on public-private partnership viability, factors stimulating the development of public-private partnership, dominants of public-private partnership development are defined.
